2011 Annual Meeting..UPDATE

On March 1st a ballot was posted that needs to be revised. Here is the explanation:

As President of the Board I apologize for having to send this revised form.  Most importantly one of our members,  Wendy Just,  wanted to be on the ballot.  In preparing the form I inadvertently failed to include Wendy's name.  The Board is very excited that we have many members interested in the Board this year.

In addition, the ballot was inappropriately referred to as an absentee ballot.  The correct procedure pursuant to our Bylaws is to allow proxy representation at the annual meeting.   If you are unable to attend and wish to give your proxy to an attending member please fill out the form including your name and signature and the name of the person to whom you are giving your proxy. Making the proxy forms more generally available this year before the annual meeting was an attempt to further increase member input and participation - particularly for members unable to attend the meeting.  The errors made in preparing the form and transmitting the form were exclusively my fault and should not be attributed to any other Board member.

Signed John C. Evans
