Scottish Hills offers its members swim lessons that follow the American Red Cross Swimming guidelines. There are 4 levels:
- Introduction to Water Skills: helps students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely.
- Fundamental Aquatic Skills: gives students success with fundamental skills.
- Stroke Development: builds on the skills in Level 2 by providing additional guided practice.
- Stroke Improvement: develops confidence in the strokes learned and to improve other aquatic skills.
Each of the sessions includes 8 lessons that meet for 35 minutes. Morning and evening lessons are offered for each session.

Session 1: June 13-24Session 2: June 27-July 1, no lessons week of July 4th, July 11-15Session 3: July 18-29
Session 4: Aug. 1- 12 (if we have enough participants)
Morning lessons are 9:10-9:45am M, T, W, Th, Friday is make-up day.
Evening lessons are 6:50-7:25pm M, W, Th, F (make-up days TBD by instructor).
The minimum age is four years old. Lessons are available to members only.
