Announcing Exercise Bootcamp on June 6!

OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP IS COMING TO SCOTTISH HILLS


One of our members, Nicki Chandler, is offering an exercise class that will meet at the Scottish Hills Recreational Club. You may recall that Nicki taught a series ofWater Aerobics classes at the pool last summer. Read on for more information about this exciting class!

START DATE: Monday, June 6


WHAT: An action packed, fast paced, cardio and strength conditioning class involving Speed, Agility, Plyometrics, and Running. We will be using the grounds at the Scottish Hills facility and nearby streets to give you the best work out of your week. All levels welcome!


WHEN: Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 7:30pm meet in the parking lot near the tennis courts. Bring your water!


COST: $5 per class.


WHO: You! Members and non-members welcome!

Nicki says that her goal is to provide you a great workout. You don’t have to be in tip top shape to benefit from this class. She will challenge all participants and meet each one of you at your fitness level. Come and exercise… have fun and push yourself to a new level!
